Your credit score, and those of your co-applicants, needs to be 620 or above. If your credit falls below this minimum, your application could be approved with a double deposit, but is not guaranteed.

There is a $50 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. This is an application processing fee and is non-refundable.
The total combined household gross income needs to be at least 2.5x the rent amount.
Co-signers/Guarantors must be able to show 5x the rent amount.

To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service that is built into the application process and requires EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
