Mindy has a degree in Business Management and has been a licensed Realtor since 2004.  She began her career in residential sales and moved to Property Management in 2009.  Mindy has been working with RentSource Corp since 2016 as the General Manager for both the Valencia and Palmdale offices. Mindy enjoys the challenges that come with this industry and the opportunities for continuing education. She has obtained a PMM (Property Management Master) Designation through the Dept of Real Estate and has been a member of NARPM since 2009. Mindy strives to stay informed regarding property management so that she can better serve her clients and be a valuable asset to RentSource Corp.

Julie is a licensed California real estate agent and has been a long time resident of Santa Clarita.  She has over 14 years of experience in property management and customer service.  Julie has been working with RentSource Corp. since 2018 and enjoys the opportunity to help our clients receive top level service. Her experience has allowed her to achieve a wonderful relationship with our owners and tenants by taking time to get to know them personally.

Jasmine is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in customer service, specializing in helping individuals and families find their dream homes. Born and raised in California, she has developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market and the unique needs of her clients. As a proud mother of two, Jasmine balances her career with family life, embodying a commitment to both her profession and her loved ones. Her passion for service and her extensive background make her a trusted ally in the home-seeking journey.

Bookkeeper

Becky is a native Californian and has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for over 40 years.  For as long as she can remember, she loved numbers and a job in the accounting field was inevitable.  She has worked in property management going on 10 years. First as a Property Manager but then realized she was much better suited in the bookkeeping department.  She is currently in the process of becoming a NARPM certified bookkeeper to ensure all accounts are taken care of to the best of her abilities!  And she loves cats and Disneyland!

Melinda has been in the Property Management Industry for over 20 years managing Homeowners Associations.  She recently decided to make a change and got her real estate license to manage Single Family and Mulit-Family Residential Rental Properties.  Melinda has been working for RentSource Corp since 2019 at the Palmdale office and is very dedicated and loyal.  She enjoys working with people and the challenges that come with the job.  She also looks forward to learning each and every day and continues her education in Real Estate.

Jodie joined the RentSource Corp team in 2019.  She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has a Bachelors in Science Degree from Grand Canyon University.  Jodie is one of our Property Managers in our Palmdale Office and works hard to ensure that your investments are cared for as if it were her own home!  Her focus is creating and maintaining business relationships for the company.  Jodie is a true team player for RentSource Corp!

Assistant Property Manager - AV Office

Nancy has been in the Real Estate field since 2003, as an Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. She also has worked in escrow as an Escrow Assistant. 

Nancy joined RentSource Corp in May of 2022 and is excited to start this new career path as an Assistant Property Manager. She is also bilingual. 

When Nancy is not working she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Maintenance Supervisor - AV Office

Mike has been a part of the Rentsource team since 2023. He holds the Maintenance supervisor position, handling everything from new property repairs to property inspections. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, he is married with 2 children. Enjoys an active lifestyle including snowboarding, softball, pickleball, and coaching kids sports. His family is very important to him and most of his spare time is spent enjoying being a dad.. With a postive attitude he is always eager to help assist with your maintenance needs.

Gabriele Cason, born and raised in West Germany, moved to Barstow CA in 1980.  Since then, she has raised three sons, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.  Gabi's career as a Maintenance Coordinator for the past 20 years has many rewards.  She currently works for RentSource Corp. doing a job that brings much happiness.

Gabi loves living in a small town and working with people of all walks of life.

On her days off, she loves spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, her pool and gardening.

Being our newest team member, Apple takes on the role of all things Marketing and Social Media. She offers fresh perspectives and creative ideas to improve our social media platforms. She's a  degree holder majoring in Psychology, a task-driven professional with substantial experience in administrative tasks, managing social media platforms, and copywriting. She's highly motivated and ready to take up new challenges for the company. 

Administrative Assistant

A Filipino virtual assistant with over 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative assistance, and specializes in Accounts Payable processes. Expertise also includes bank reconciliation and month end financial reporting.
